What are the names of the apartment blocks people live in, in Mongolia and Russia?

I don't know about Mongolia... I'm from Russia. If you mean the series of buildings separated with the streets, it is called kvartal (ÐºÐ²Ð°Ñ€Ñ‚Ð°Ð»). If you mean the multi-storey buildings, they are called mnogoetazhki (Ð¼Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð¶ÐºÐ¸).
