Tommorow's eclipse will not be able to be seen in the US, It will be in Greenland, Siberia, Mongolia and China. Thanks, here's hoping it will stop yahoo being flooded with that same question over and over again for various parts of the world, particularly USA (well I guess it makes a change from 2012 questions lol.) Well to make sure we remain on topic the number of licks is a matter of relative motion, gravity, and how much you like them which influences the velocity :-)

Whether the tongue is licking the tootsie pop or the tootsie pop is licking the tongue is completely relative. The amount of licks will very based on the pressure, force, and current environmental surroundings. Thanks for clearing this up for people, yahoo answers is being flooded with the same question, and it looks like it is starting to die down now, so thanks!
