Hey I am an internationla student in teh us. You can go on college board to find information about american univercities or ask teh US embassy in your country to give you a list of the colleges. There is some school that offer english courses. You can take courses at the English Institute at College of Notre Dame of Maryland (www. ndm.edu) After that they will prepare you for the Toefl. But it will be beter if you could get into a college that offer english classes before you start taking your courses.
