i wanna study abroad,but i don't know how to start

i wanna study abroad,but i don't know how to start!?
i'm 20.i live in mongolia.i study in university,next year i'm going to graduate as a french translator.after the graduation i wanna go somewhere else. and please suggest me where to go and from which step do i have to start preparing?!

You need to answer these few questions. Have u got enough money saved up? Have u applied for jobs where u want to study? Where are u going to live? How are u going to live if u dont have any savings? If u have savings then you need to look into renting a property and looking for a job.

You can look for "degree abroad" or "study abroad" programs on this web site: www.goabroad.com. All universities have different requirements for foreign students, so my advice is to just look through programs and see what their requirements are. There are also scholarships listed on that site as well.

Malaysia! where else can you be? it's fairly cheap here! from buying groceries, renting a house to going shopping! the capital city of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, has a wide range of universities and colleges to attend! you can visit www.ucomonline.com for futher information :) there are a lot of iranians, lebanons, nepals, koreans, africans, americans, etc. who have transferred from their respective countries and chose to study in Malaysia. you can have that international environment and have the best education as well! I'm searching for a Korean male/female duet that was popular at the end of 2006. It was a ballad that had a haunting/soulful melody. I was living in Mongolia at the time and was not able to catch the artist or song name. Vague, I know, but if anyone has any ideas I'd be happy to listen to them. ^^

I think their eyes are the same size as ours. Their eyelids are just different shapes. people in Russia, Peru, Kyrgystan, Afghanistan and Kazahkstan have the same eyes so I think it's probably more 'normal' (ie common) than having rounded eyes.

I think you are referring to the eyelids, but the size of the eye when you have to disect it, it would be of almost the same sizes. Evolution plays an important part. If you would notice even in the sizes and shapes of nose of different races vary or may differ. Primarily, because they have to. They have this appearance surely because their climate and topographic locations want them to look that way to survive and be suitable for their topographic locations. Similary, most Asians have brown to dark pair of eyes because they need to protect themselves from the harmful UV rays of the Sun since their countries are near the Equator where they can see and feel the extreme heat of the Sun.

They belong to a race whose one of the major characteristics is small and slit eyes. Thousands of years ago people started moving to most sides of the Earth. Each group got adapted to the different climates of areas they lived by changing their physical appearance. So we now have races

Before such an answer can be calculated, you'll need to define the parameters of "small eye", then start counting people or at least taking a random sampling and begin measuring. I can't imagine what use such information would be...unless you've gotten a good deal on small glasses and are hoping to resell them at a profit to small-eyed people in Asia.
