live in usa for highschool child stranger?
ok hi thank u for trying to answer my quistion SO i am going to go to usa in august and alone!!! i'll live there with my new family and we have not known each other yet.i live in mongolia and i'm worrying about that new american life'llery stranger for me it means i'm little bit afraid because i have never gone from my real family for such a long time i'll be in usa for a year but i think that going to usa was my dream i wanted to go there so much and do you think this would be hard? give me advise

First of all--wecome to the USA:) --a bit early!Just be yourself and reach out to students whom you sense are good people,and you will adjust,although I am sure at times you will feel very homesick--that is normal.Best wishes--I hope you have a great experience here!

im assuming your a foreign exchange student? im sure the family you are to stay with will welcome you with open arms. you will adjust to life here..

The person who said that mean thing has been reported. I welcome you to the USA. How did you pick the family to go to, what kind of family is it that you will stay with. I am excited for you please keep my e mail address so when you get here you can ask me anything you want to about what you see or hear. The ppl here in the USA are very divergent..means they are some nice and some rotten and some of both, lol. Take a deep breath and try to relax. Remember that you already have a friend over here...me.
