This is normal. It happens to everyone when they become a young adult. Many people like to use deodorants under their arms to prevent a bad smell. If deodorants are not available near you, bathing once a day should keep the problem under control.
2 :
ur sweating under youur arms... try putting pwoder.. in the morning when you wake up and before you sleep. always use deodorant... like sprays or roll on deodorant.
3 :
You're a grown up now sweety!! i'm also from the Philippines.. so, what i could suggest is that you use your deodorant every after bath.. the deodorant that is antiperspirant one so that you wont sweat too much..
4 :
Rub crystal salt under your arms, to help prevent perspiration.

Now that u are growing up and entering puberty, yr body is developing at a faster rate, so are your sweat glands. There are many recommendations such as deodorants, powder etc... but like u said, may not be available in your area of residence. However, if they are, u can try them and assess the results. You can try to reduce perspiration by keeping your body cool, like wearing clothes made of cotton. Feel more relaxed, (anxiety can make a person sweat more) while carrying out your everyday activities. Finally, stop worrying about how others think about you. Many people have the same problem and sometimes even worse than yours. Anyway, other ppl are too busy with their own lives to notice minor thing like this. Stop being so self-conscious, ok? :)

What language should i learn

What language should i learn?
German, Russian, Spanish, or Mandarin Chinese? I know how to speak English (my mother tongue) Japanese (my second language) and Mongolian (lived in Mongolia for 2years) I already know a little bit of all 4 languages, not enough to have a meaningful conversation, but enough to get by as a tourist.

Spanish! So useful.
2 :
Spanish is really useful, and relatively easy compared to the other ones. So is German.
3 :
Go with Spanish and then German
4 :
spanish is the easiest to learn out of those, but since you know difficult asian languages already do whatever you feel like. i will just sit here and struggle with my "mother tongue" the rule-riddled english language.
5 :
To learn as an important language: Spanish To learn for fun or of interest: Hebrew

Believe it or not, Mandarin Chinese is gaining influence and reputation faster than any other language. To some, it is the hardest language that ever existed, but it's still important. More than a billion person speaks fluent mandarin Chinese, that not a number you can laugh at. A lot of industries have moved to China, and the Chinese production is among the most abundant in the entire world. If you want to make a use of the language you want to learn, I can think of nothing else to serve this goal besides Chinese. Also, since it's a not a Latin based language, you will get to experience a new theme of logic while learning it. Studies have shown that learning new language can slightly improve the usually fixed intelligence quotient. Moreover, learning new languages helps improve your memory and the usage of your Brocha's area and Wernicke's area (responsible for the formation and comprehension of speech respectively.). People who know various languages are less likely to get Alzheimer's disease, and if they do, it's progress should be slower. In short, I advise you to learn Mandarin Chinese because it's a different language that stimulates your brain and it can benefit your mental health, your business life, and it can be for your own amusement despite the fact that it's difficult. However, you might not be convinced with what I stated above so an alternative opinion is Spanish. English, although is fused with Latin through French, is a Germanic language. Therefore, it's different than the Romantic languages. Spanish, being a romantic language can broaden your horizons. Also, Spanish is widely used, is fused with Arabic, and is not that difficult to learn. Why did I eliminate German and Russian? Well German is a Germanic language (obviously) and it falls in the same category as English does, so it's not that difficult to learn although there are some major differences. Also German is NOT that much widespread. Germany is an important center of commerce and research, but It's not the only one. Russian is interesting, but Russia is an isolated country and you wouldn't find yourself using Russian unless you encounter a Russian person, visit Russia itself, or read novels by Russian authors such as Tolstoy. Most books are translated nowadays, so If you want to learn a language, think about the culture behind it, the phonetics of the language, the grammar, the logic, the frequency usage, and then after all that you can think about reading untranslated books to get the full meaning out of them.

i got my gallbladder remover 3years ago. you have to eat alot of yoguart, when you feel that your sick or getting sick eat yoguart i still eat yoguart 2 times a week so i dont get that d
2 :
I would consult a Doctor. I had my gallbladder removed while in the second stage of my pregnancy and I can't remember having any problems after it was removed, especially what you are describing. My sister also had hers removed prior to mine and she was not pregnant, I do not remember her having any problems like that either. I would suggest seeing a Doctor especially it being as long as it has.

When I had my gallbladder out 13 years ago I did not have diarrhea. It is possible you have a bacterial infection so I would take acidophillus tablets. You can buy them in just about any drug store. Eating lots of yogurt is a good thing too, since it has some acidophillus in it. This should help you feel better. Good Luck!

Hi, i had gallbladder surgery, 4years ago.I was also very sick, like you, i had diarrhea all the time.I was told, eat simple foods:boiled rice, boiled potatoes.Don't drink milk, no yogurt no kefir, no cheese.Try cooked fish, cooked in water, no oil!don't eat any butter.I didn't eat any of these things and still was sick, had diarrhea all the time. I got a medication for pain(narcotic) and for the diarrhea :name is:Colestid made by Pfizer. You need a prescription from the doctor. This is the only medicine stop the diarrhea.I am better now, but the diarrhea comes back still.I will look on Internet, if my medication is sold in Mongolia or Russia, so you can get it. also, medication can be sold under many different names,in different countries.I see the name:cholestyramine (same drug) colestipol (same drug) I hope i helped you. It gets better with time, but go back to your doctor and complain, you need a prescription for colestid. That's the only medicine helped me.

What you're suffering from is called Bile diarrhea, and it is a result of too much bile being emptied into your stomach or intestine after gallbladder removal. Your gallbladder is the organ that normally stores bile, but since it has been removed, the bile now drips continually into your stomach. Sometimes you have an over abundance of bile in your tummy and it causes nonfood related diarrhea. Which basically means you have diarrhea no matter what you eat. This is common for some people after gallbladder removal. Most doctors prescribe Questran for this, which is a bile salt replacement. Questran slows down or stops the diarrhea. You should ask your doctor about it. If the Questran doesn't help, they have another medication called Welchol that can be prescribed.

Chinese Tourist Visa

Chinese Tourist Visa?
Okay, so I am currently living in Mongolia and will be living here for the next two years. I want to get a Chinese Visa that will allow me to travel to China various times throughout this period. I live in a town fairly close to China and would like to be able to go to China for shopping, visiting, friends, and sight-seeing on my spare time. What kind of Visa is there for this? How hard is it to get? What am I supposed to do in order to obtain this? Thanks!

1 :
Find the closest Chinese Consulate or Embassy to where you are in Mongolia. If possible, phone them for information. Alternately visit the closest location. They will have the necessary forms and you might even be able to get the visa the same day. You will have to have your current, valid, passport. Request a Multiple Entry Tourist visa. I believe this visa is valid for one year. I don't know what the fee will be.
2 :
Just google Chinese visa or go to http://www.china-embassy.org/eng/hzqz/zgqz/. You will find the rates and requirements for different countries. The "normal" visa is good for multiple entries in the 12 months from original issue date.
