What is the easiest way to get a visa to live their with no job potential. If i have enough money to live off of, can i buy house or business then i can live there? Can somebody find me a website showing what i need to do, i dont know where to begin to search about it. thanks

Have you tried searching for Mongolian Embassies where you live. That is a good place to start. Try web searches too for mongolian migration. Might help.
