i wanna study abroad,but i don't know how to start

i wanna study abroad,but i don't know how to start!?
i'm 20.i live in mongolia.i study in university,next year i'm going to graduate as a french translator.after the graduation i wanna go somewhere else. and please suggest me where to go and from which step do i have to start preparing?!

You need to answer these few questions. Have u got enough money saved up? Have u applied for jobs where u want to study? Where are u going to live? How are u going to live if u dont have any savings? If u have savings then you need to look into renting a property and looking for a job.

You can look for "degree abroad" or "study abroad" programs on this web site: www.goabroad.com. All universities have different requirements for foreign students, so my advice is to just look through programs and see what their requirements are. There are also scholarships listed on that site as well.

Malaysia! where else can you be? it's fairly cheap here! from buying groceries, renting a house to going shopping! the capital city of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, has a wide range of universities and colleges to attend! you can visit www.ucomonline.com for futher information :) there are a lot of iranians, lebanons, nepals, koreans, africans, americans, etc. who have transferred from their respective countries and chose to study in Malaysia. you can have that international environment and have the best education as well!
