What culture would you rather raise a baby in

What culture would you rather raise a baby in?
Have you guys watched the babies documentary?(you should it's so cute) Do you think it would be better to raise a baby in 1. San Francisco 2. Toyko 3. Nambia 4.Mongolia. Why? What would the benefits be over living in the other places?

I don't know much about those foreign places and I don't feel like researching them now so I'd go with San Fran. There are WAY too many people in Tokyo, not sure about the other places. San Fran has a good range of different types of people and I would love for my son to grow up around all those different types.

I have never seen the baby movie but have been meaning to (still available on On Demand for me!!!) . Uninformed I have to choose Tokyo because I love Asian culture and my second choice is San Fran for obvious reasons (I am in USA). I think the benefits of USA would be universal health care (cough* throw up* did you just say that?) and educational benefits I know that we have and I am unfamiliar with these other locations. Why Japan? Because, I learned in an American college that many jobs (Sony, Honda, etc) also make pretty much everything their employee needs, so it would be a job with great benefits.

1. Because I am not going to live outside the US.

Tokyo Better school system, less crime rates. Sure people are everywhere but thats not really a problem.

I think that the best culture to raise a baby in is the culture in to which he was born. One is not better than the other. We should all know our roots. We should all be proud of where we came from.

I would MUCH MUCH MUCH prefer a Canadian city... But if I HAD to choose one of those, Tokyo. Canada is just...better... It has been rated the best country to live in for the past few years, lower crime rate, GREAT education system, and so much more! PLUS: You buy your milk in a bag (In the East.)!
