Any advice on second language acquisition for a 4 year old

Any advice on second language acquisition for a 4 year old?
I am a native English speaker and my wife a native Mongolian speaker (we speak each others second language and my wife is learning Korean well). Our son (from my wife's previous relationship) is 4 years old and speaks no English. We now live in Korea and our son will soon be joining us from Mongolia. There are many issues regarding his language learning. We are thinking about at least part-time elementary school. Any thoughts on how should we proceed with his language development (ps. his is very out-goung and is not shy).

Let him learn Korean while out and about, but take him to English speaking HakWon to learn English. He should pick up Korean really really fast so no problem with that.
