i live in mongolia. i'm planning to buy laptop or desktop from Bestbuy. i heard that i can't format and install operating system that i want at anytime. is that true? i format my com once a month or two month. so can i format my machine whenever i want? please help? thank you

You can format your machine every day if you want to. I can't imagine why you would want to but you can do it if you like. All you need is the software to load. So if you want to load XP on your laptop, then all you have to do is buy the software and then load it as often, whenever, you like.
